In stock items generally take 10 business days from date of order and confirmation. Out of stock items have a turn around time of 4-5 weeks.
Inspecting Packages & Items
Inspect packages at the time of delivery, before you sign the carrier’s delivery receipt. Ideally, you should also confirm that the items inside are undamaged, while the carrier is there.
Verify the number of items being signed for. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If there is a missing item, you may accept the delivery, but make a note of the shortage on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately.
Check to see if the boxes or products are damaged.
As packages are handled, transferred and transported, minor superficial damage may occur to the packaging. If there is excessive damage to a box, the product may still be fine, but please note any dents, tears or water damage when the package is delivered.
Accept or refuse delivery
Be sure to ask the ground or freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
Receiving Damaged Shipments
It is important that you note all issues and communicate these to us immediately, so that we can follow up and process timely.
Delivery Refusal
To avoid concealed damages, we suggest that you open all boxes with the courier driver present, if packaging damage points to possible product damage. If there is unacceptable damage to the packaging or product, you can opt to refuse the delivery. If this is the case, you will need to note the issues on the actual delivery receipt and write "refused due to damage." Immediately, take digital photographs of the damage and send the files, along with a description of all issues, via our contact form.
Damage Discovery
If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may resolve the situation immediately.
We have two options, Cedar Proof [60% acrylic and 40% polyester] or Polyester [100% polyester].
Our cantilever umbrellas can rotate up to 360°. So, if you want to shade multiple areas, you need to double the horizontal clearance space based on the canopy diameter and additional arm length to the side pole.
Most cantilever umbrella manufacturers recommend 30-40 pounds per canopy foot (even more for windy settings). So, an offset umbrella with a 10 foot diameter canopy should have a base that is at least 300-400 pounds.
Yes, our light weight all Aluminium centerpost umbrellas are great for all round use and available on request. We offer these in a Standard range which is an 8 arm option or in the Budget Range which is a 4 arm option at a cheaper price.
The Budget Range is only manufactured with Polyester fabric in an assortment of colors on request. The Standard option can be manufactured with the Acrylic or Poly fabric.
